The agreement between you and amm.ar parties when you publish a party page.

amm.ar parties is a small service that publishes a birthday invite page for one child, collects RSVPs from the guests you invite, and hosts a private photo album for that party. It is operated from the United States and is sold to the person who creates the page — the "host".
You must be 18 or older and be the parent or legal guardian of the child the page is about, or have that parent's or guardian's permission. The service is bought by adults; children do not have accounts, and there is nothing here for a child to sign up to.
Publishing an edition costs $10 USD, once. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal — we cannot charge your card again without you starting a new checkout. The edition stays published for twelve months from the moment payment succeeds, and is then archived as described on the pricing page.
The photographs, video, names, dates and text you upload remain yours. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your files, to serve them to the guests who unlock your album, and to keep backups. We do not sell your content, license it to anyone, use it to train anything, or put it in any advertisement.
This is the part that matters. A birthday album contains other families' children. By uploading, you confirm that you have the consent of each child's parent or guardian to share those images with the guests who can unlock the album. If a parent asks you to remove a photograph, remove it — and if they ask us directly, we will remove it and tell you we did.
We may unpublish or delete a page that breaks these rules, without a refund where the breach is deliberate. We will tell you why, by email, unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
The album is unlocked with a one-time code sent to a guest's email address, and the invite page itself is unlisted and asks search engines not to index it. Both are meaningful protections, but neither can stop a guest you invited from saving a photograph and passing it on. Choose who you send the link to accordingly.
We aim to keep your page up for the whole term, but this is a small service and we do not offer an uptime guarantee. If we are down for a stretch that matters — your party day, or a week of your album term — write to us and we will refund you, in whole or in part, without an argument.
You can ask us to delete your page at any time and we will, as set out in the privacy policy. We may suspend a page if it breaks section 5, if a payment is disputed or reversed, or if we are required to by law. A disputed payment unpublishes the page immediately.
We run on Cloudflare (hosting, database, file storage and email delivery) and take payment through Stripe. Using the service means your data is processed by them too. They are listed with what each one handles on the privacy page.
We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with it is limited to what you paid us — $10 for the edition in question. We do not exclude liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If we change these terms, the change applies to editions published afterwards. We will not change the deal on a page you have already paid for. The date at the top of this page is the version you are reading.
