Email

We aim to reply within two business days, usually sooner. There is no phone line and no chat widget — this is a small service run by one person, and email is the honest answer.

What to include

A link to the party page, and the email address you used to set it up. That is enough to find everything. If it is about a payment, the reference from your receipt helps.

Common reasons to write

A refund — see the refunds policy; asking is a one-line email.
Delete my data — see the privacy policy. We confirm by email when it is done.
Remove a photograph of my child — you do not have to be the customer to ask, and we will act on it whether or not the host replies to us.
Something is broken — tell us what you tapped and what happened. If it is broken on your party day, say so in the subject line and it goes to the front of the queue.
Report a page — if a page here breaks section 5 of the terms, send the link and what is wrong with it.

Who we are

amm.ar parties is an independently operated US service. It started as one birthday page for one child and grew into something other parents could use. Postal and registration details are available on request to the address above, and to any regulator or payment provider that asks.

We will never email you asking for a password, a card number or a login code. If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of those, it is not from us — forward it to rsvp@qaffaf.com.
